Katrina Chalifoux of Rockford, Ill., won $1,000 for making a wedding gown out of toilet paper, Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com reported.The prize was awarded at a Toilet Paper Wedding Dress contest during a celebration at Ripley's Believe It or Not!
